We accept returns on products within 30 days of purchase that are unused and unopened. Please contact Customer Care at email@example.com to initiate a return. Once Customer Care has accepted your return, you may ship your item back to us at any carrier of your choice. Refunds will be made in the amount of the purchase price plus tax, only when the returned item is received by our warehouse in its original condition. We cannot refund any shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, we will gladly exchange the damaged or incorrect item for a replacement product at no additional cost to you, as long as the exchange is initiated within 30 days from the day the order was shipped.
